Do need any installation when receive the crane machine?

What kind of payment acceptable?
We accept payments by T/T (bank transfer), Western Union and L/C.
What are the warranty terms?
1. The warranty period is 18 months
2. During the warranty period, if the parts are damaged and require repair (excluding human damage and vulnerable parts), the customer does not need to return them. We will send the replaceable parts to the customer via DHL or other express packages
3. Spare parts and transportation costs are both free of charge
4. Provide lifelong maintenance
Normally how long is your claw machine product life cycle?
At least 3 years. Normally, it takes you only 2 to 3 months to earn the money back.
Custom claw machine design available?
- Product features, such as game machine cabinet, claw crane size, company logo, color, etc., are welcome.
- Product parameters, such as coins, coin collectors, voltage, plug, etc., are welcome.
